📦 How long does shipping take?

Our 150g bundles are custom-prepped per order, which means they take 7–9 business days to process before shipping. Once your order ships, standard U.S. delivery times apply (typically 2–5 business days). You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as it leaves our facility.

Midnight Royal bundles are made to order — because raw luxury isn’t mass produced.

🚚 Do you have ready-to-ship bundles?

Yes! Select styles and lengths are available as Ready-to-Ship and will be processed within 1–2 business days. These are limited in quantity and marked clearly on the product page. If you need hair fast, this is your best option.

🔁 What is your return policy?

Due to hygiene and customization, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any bundles, wigs, or hair products.

💡 How many bundles do I need?

Each bundle from Midnight Royal contains 150g of hair — that’s 50% more than the industry standard of 100g. Because of this, you’ll only need 3 bundles for a full install, no matter the length. For extra fullness or layering, you can add a 4th, but it’s not necessary.

🧖♀️ How long does the hair last?

With proper care:

• Virgin Hair: lasts 1–2 years
• Raw Hair: lasts 2–3+ years

Use sulfate-free shampoo, deep condition regularly, avoid excessive heat, and store your bundles or wigs in a satin bag when not in use.

 

📫 How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can click it anytime to monitor your package’s journey to your doorstep.

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Shop Pay Installments. We do not currently accept Sezzle, Afterpay, or Cash App.
